Ruler’s sceptre, if unbowed
வேல் அன்று, வென்றி தருவது; மன்னவன்
கோல்; அதூஉம், கோடாது எனின்
Arms alone can’t assure victory. It is the fairness of the Ruler’s justice that assures victory.
